Bookings<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1 A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2 The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all members of their party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3 Guests must ensure all booking information provided is accurate and up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where false, misleading or incomplete information has been provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Payment<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2 Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be paid before departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3 Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in cancellation of the booking or future bookings being refused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellations and Amendments<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 Bookings cancelled more than 28 days before arrival will receive a refund less any non-refundable booking fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2 Bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3 We strongly recommend guests take out appropriate holiday or travel insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4 Date changes may be permitted at our discretion and subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.5 No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, adverse weather conditions, personal circumstances, travel disruption, illness, change of mind, or failure to comply with these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Arrival and Departure<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1 Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2 Guests arriving outside published check-in hours must contact us in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3 We reserve the right to refuse admission where identification cannot be provided if reasonably requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Campsite Rules<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1 Guests must behave respectfully towards other visitors, staff, neighbours and wildlife at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2 Excessive noise, abusive behaviour, threatening conduct, anti-social behaviour or nuisance will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3 Quiet hours apply between 10:00pm and 7:00am unless otherwise advised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4 Guests asked to leave due to misconduct will receive no refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.5 Commercial activity, organised events, parties or gatherings require prior written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Children<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1 Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2 Parents and guardians remain responsible for the safety and conduct of children throughout their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3 Children must not be left unattended anywhere on the campsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Vehicles<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1 All vehicles are brought onto the site entirely at the owner&#8217;s risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2 Speed limits must be observed at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.3 Vehicles may only be parked in designated areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.4 Vehicle movements should be kept to a minimum during quiet hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.5 Electric vehicle charging is prohibited unless using designated charging facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Dogs and Pets<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1 Well-behaved dogs are welcome unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2 Dogs must remain under control and on a lead at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.3 Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.4 Any damage or disturbance caused by pets remains the responsibility of the owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.5 We reserve the right to require the removal of any animal causing nuisance or safety concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Fires, BBQs and Cooking<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1 BBQs and cooking equipment may only be used in accordance with campsite instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2 Fires are prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.3 Disposable BBQs must not be placed directly on grass, decking or picnic tables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.4 Guests remain responsible for safely supervising all cooking equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.5 Charcoal and gas may only be sourced from approved suppliers and wood must not be collected from surrounding woodland to burn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.6 BBQs must never be left unattended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Woodland, Wildlife and Environment<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.1 Oldbury Stay is located within a sensitive woodland environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.2 Guests must not damage trees, plants, habitats or wildlife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3 Feeding wildlife is discouraged unless specifically permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.4 Guests must remain on designated paths where requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.5 Littering is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.6 We reserve the right to recover the cost of repairing any environmental damage caused by guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Safety<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.1 Guests must familiarise themselves with emergency procedures displayed on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.2 Guests must comply with all safety notices and instructions from staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.3 Any accident, injury, fire, damage or hazard must be reported immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.4 Certain areas of the campsite may contain natural hazards including uneven ground, roots, ponds, wildlife, falling branches and changing weather conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.5 Guests use the campsite at their own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Property and Belongings<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.1 Vehicles, tents, caravans, motorhomes, awnings and personal belongings remain the responsibility of the owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.2 We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage except where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.3 Lost property will be retained for a reasonable period and may be disposed of if unclaimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Damage<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.1 Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, members of their party, children, pets or visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.2 We reserve the right to recover the cost of repairs, cleaning, replacement or consequential losses arising from such damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Visitors<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.1 Day visitors may only attend with prior permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.2 Additional charges may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.3 Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Photography and Marketing<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.1 Guests may take photographs for personal use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.2 Commercial photography, filming or drone use requires prior written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.3 We may occasionally capture general promotional images of the campsite. Where individuals are clearly identifiable, consent will be sought where appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Website Use<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">16.1 Information published on our website is provided in good faith but may change without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">16.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">16.3 Website content remains the property of Oldbury Stay Limited unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Force Majeure<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">17.1 We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations where circumstances arise beyond our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Examples include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Extreme weather<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flooding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Storm damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disease outbreaks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utility failures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>National emergencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Industrial action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">17.2 Where necessary for safety, we may close all or part of the campsite without liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Our Liability<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">18.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded under law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">18.2 Subject to the above, our total liability arising from any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">18.3 We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Right to Refuse Admission<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">19.1 We reserve the right to refuse admission, cancel bookings or require guests to leave the campsite where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These Terms are breached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guest behaviour causes nuisance or danger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>False booking information has been provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety concerns arise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff are subjected to abuse or threatening behaviour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No refund will be payable in such circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Data Protection<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">20.1 Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21.
